First, I want to know if you make Miranda's uniform with a belt? I think she doesn't wear a belt, is that right?

1) I used a belt. The reference pictures are utterly unclear.

2) I made the frame of the badge out of wood, and bought the cross in the middle. They sell a D.Gray-man rose cross necklace, so I hacked the loop off the top and use that. You can find them on e-Bay.

References are very unclear indeed :/ I think you used the belt mostly because it's part of Kanda's uniform too?
